Delete Your Tusiye Account
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You may permanently delete your Tusiye account at any time using the methods below.
1. Delete Your Account from the App
The fastest and recommended way to delete your account is directly inside the Tusiye App:
- Open the Tusiye App on your mobile device.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
2. Can't Access Your Account?
If you cannot access your account or are unable to sign in, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team directly:

3. What Happens After Your Account Is Deleted?
Once your deletion request has been processed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Your personal profile information and account credentials will be removed from our active systems.
- Your uploaded media and personal identifiers will be permanently deleted.
- Your posts, comments, and other public content will either be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized where required to maintain platform integrity.
4. Processing Time
We normally process verified email account deletion requests within 7 days.
