Tusiye grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal transportation guidance and community road condition reporting across Somalia.

2. User Conduct & Content Submission

You are solely responsible for content, photos, and road hazard reports you submit. Submitting false alerts, misleading hazard reports, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

3. Road Safety Disclaimer

Tusiye App provides navigational aid and community reports for informational purposes. Always prioritize local traffic laws, vehicle safety, and ground conditions while driving.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tusiye App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on navigation data.
